Our Dedication to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We believe in unlocking the potential of every learner at every stage of life. To accomplish that, we are dedicated to creating products that reflect, and are accessible to, all the diverse, global customers we serve. Within 91HUB Hill, we foster a culture of belonging and we work with partners who share our commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity in all forms.

Our Culture

At 91HUB Hill, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. This #RedCubeProud spirit enables us to give each other the room to be ourselves, the chance to share ideas and have them be heard, and to celebrate, respect and reflect the diversity of the learners we serve.

At 91HUB Hill, we love learning, and that includes learning about ourselves and others. We can learn so much from the history and experiences of 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and use that knowledge to inform and cultivate a vibrant, inclusive future.

Latiné exists to help realize the infinite vision of a culturally integrated workforce that truly represents the society in which it operates. We aim to amplify the voices of those who are historically marginalized and underrepresented–the generations of voices that continuously inspire and pave the way towards equity.

If not for the many, many strong women in my life who taught me to believe in myself and hold my own, things may have gone differently. I'm so excited about what the future holds for me and all women here at 91HUB Hill.

Our Commitment

“We realize the importance of attracting, retaining, and developing diverse talent that represents the customers we serve. By fostering an inclusive culture where employees feel heard and respected, we'll be better positioned to anticipate and understand our customers' needs and create learning solutions that are culturally responsive and increase educational equity."

Simon Allen
Chief Executive Officer

To help our leadership become role models for building an inclusive culture and diverse workforce, they are asked to attend a two-session training program delivered by a diversity, equity and inclusion firm.

We're working hard to minimize unconscious bias in the hiring process. This includes hiring manager and recruiter training, the implementation of a structured interview process and hiring manager tools, and making sure that both the manager and the recruiter openly and candidly discuss potential bias and opportunity.

We aim to achieve diversification at every level of our supply chain through our Supplier Inclusion program. We are actively seeking out, and promoting the procurement of goods and services from certified minority, woman, veteran-service disabled, veteran-owned, LGBTQ+, and disabled owned businesses.
